The Journey
My journey started at 17, when a scholarship with AFS Intercultura took me to China. That year wasn't just about learning Mandarin; it was about learning how to navigate the unknown.
After returning to Milan to earn my degree in Business Languages, I stepped into the high-pressure world of WPP-Mediacom, working on Strategy and Branded Entertainment. It was there that I learned how a great strategy can transform a brand—but I also realized that even the best strategy needs a perfect "engine" (SOPs and systems) to run.
The Professional Evolution
Moving to Denmark brought a new challenge: managing restaurants while completing a Master’s in Tourism. During this time, I began helping businesses fix their "internal architecture"—turning chaotic operations into streamlined systems.
My passion for procedures was further refined at the Foundation for Environmental Education (Green Key), where I guided hotels through rigorous SOPs for sustainability certification. Today, as a Supply Manager at Landfolk, not only I reach sales targets, but also I bridge the gap between business needs and technology. I build the pipelines that fuel our growth and work within our internal development group to shape our AI Agent.

When I'm not designing internal architectures, planning a trip to China or planning a trip to Italy for my Chinese friends, you can find me sun-chasing in Aarhus. I’m a fan of efficiency, but I still believe some things—like a good Italian pasta or a trip back to Asia—should never be rushed.
